Racism seems to raise its ugly head in our national news every so often. ( Most recently of course is the case in Florida) It is however unfortunate, always around.  Some places of course have higher rates than others.   I am just curious as to what we as Americans see as the most racist region.

Any comments or elaborations would be great!!!!
