The recent actions by the GOP in regards to Ron Paul should be a call to arms for all Americans, democrats included. The actions taken by that party show how much that party despises freedom and individual voice. Even though it looked like the establishment had the primary election locked up...they went on the offensive against Ron Paul and his supporters.
First off in multiple states most notably Maine and Louisiana they challenged the delegates who were elected there. Next up came the Convention Rules Committee meeting on August 28th. In that Romney's attorney Ben Ginsberg showed up pressing members to alter the rules in regards to binding delegates and the way rules are to be changed in the future.
Next we have Rule 16 in the new rule book as proposed by Ginsberg, in it every state must amend its nominating process to ensure that their delegations are bound to vote in accordance with the winner of the popular vote as cast at state caucuses or primaries.
Then he pushed a new Rule 12 in which the RNC is empowered to bend its own rules to suit their needs at any time without submitting the changes to party members gathered at the quadrennial convention. This places the control of the GOP into the establishment candidates hands. No more grassroots movement...no more Ron Paulsin the future. With this revised rule the future of the GOP would reside in the hands of the incumbent GOP president where he could select his successor.
Then you had a delegate who had the official objection to the above rule changes who had a bus driver who refused to stop and circled the venue. There were also other examples of Ron Paul candidates finding bus drivers who got "lost" or who were refused parking and had to run to get to the convention in time.
Then you had Boehner refusing to call roll call when the voice vote was obviously close.....and he quickly gave the rule changes an "aye."

if you remember they also did the same thing to a sitting U.S Senator in Rand Paul. Has this happened to Boehner or Reid? I think not.
There was no reason for Romney to declare war on Ron Paul and his supporters after he had essentially locked up the nomination. This is proof that they establishment is scared of the people of this country and the uprising that has started because of their oppression.
I urge all Americans to end their support of BOTH major parties. If you choose to continue to support them do not compromise your values. If a republican says they believe in limited government....when they increase government do not support them any longer.
Democrats, when you support a candidate who supports peace but then commits acts of war do not support them any longer.
The GOP has officially declared war on freedom and the citizens of this country. The question to every American should be why now...and why are the democrats not pointing out this obvious voter suppression?
