I wonder how more people do not see the connection here.   Media be it right wing or left wing will the majority of the time support the increase in size and power of government.

The right wing pushes fear of "terrorism" and of any foreign type forces invading or going to war with our country.  Therefore the solution to this would be to increase government power and money being taken from the middle class to fund the military and corporate welfare.

The left wing in its response goes after the fear of not having needs met...ie health care, money, etc....thereby increasing government power and money being taken from the middle class to fund them and corporate welfare.

both use fear to accomplish the goals of their type of "nationalism."   Make no mistake however.  Their common goal is the same...bigger government, more power in the hands of a few, and less individual rights and choices for the masses.

Partisanship prevents the masses from seeing what is truly going on.  They have used the divide and conquer tactic to perfection.  The masses see it as their "side" winning and will do everything they can to increase government power for that side.

It is so obvious its sickening....yet the majority of people buy into it...don't question, as the end result is our safety and trading liberty for security is a good thing right?

we live in a "civilized" society so therefore we must give up certain liberties to live in such an "enlightened" state.   A state that imprisons people should they resist the agenda that the media and the rich of the world push on us.

Its time for Americans to wake up and realize that a bigger and more powerful central government is not the answer.   That taking away choice is not a good thing.  People should have the right to fail or succeed.  That freedom is not overrated.  Liberty should never be traded for security.

We need to see what we are being force fed daily...and wake up to the propaganda of the elite/media.   We need to turn them off.
